WHY 601 TACTICAL?

601 Tactical is a training solutions company owned and operated by current law enforcement and United States veteran, Claude Locke. The mission of 601 Tactical is to provide practical weapons and tactics training that has real-world application. We believe that mastery of the basics is the foundation of tactical training. We have learned this through years of application in law enforcement and military situations. Our instructors don't just teach this stuff, they actually use it every day.

WHO DO WE HELP?

We've designed training programs to serve police departments, organizations, individuals, and events. Each program is offered as a course, lesson plan, or instructor development course.

Police Departments

601 Tactical has thousands of hours of experience in giving instruction to police officers across the U.S. and the world. The services for police are aimed at instructor development, and allowing departments to present quality training in house. 601 Tactical can provide on-site training or develop a lesson plan for your department's instructors to deliver.

Individuals

601 Tactical offers classes that both police and citizens may register for individually. Classes available to individuals include firearms and tactics courses. 601 Tactical instructors are also prepared to train individuals who have a wide range of experience levels; from a great deal of experience to those who are picking up a firearm for the first time.

Organizations

601 Tactical has experience in delivering quality instruction to private citizens and groups on citizen response to active shooter situations. These presentations can be tailored to your specific group or facility. Classes have been done for city government facilities as well. We have also given classes to groups on mindset and awareness training, both for everyday life and for travel to hazardous locations.

Events

601 Tactical offers courses that can be delivered to large groups at your event, convention, or conference. Often these courses are geared toward specific scenarios that might affect your particular industry or situation. These courses are truly tailored to the needs of your guests and attendees.
